The hotel features a well-equipped fitness center and a spa. I found both amenities to be a great way to relax! The location is convenient. The hotel sits just across from a large shopping center. My room had a jacuzzi. This was a luxurious addition after a long day.
I noticed the minibar was not restocked daily, so I had to request my favorite snacks be replenished.

the valet service seemed understaffed. i sometimes waited almost half an hour for my car. the restaurant didn't seem very kid-friendly (my little one is very picky).

I loved the cleanliness and the absence of smoke. It created a peaceful atmosphere! the kitchenette was a fantastic addition, awesome for simple meal preparations. the fashion mall nearby offered convenient shopping, and the proximity to other attractions was a great advantage.
The absence of certain room amenities felt a bit incomplete. I missed having basic kitchenware readily available. it would have enhanced the overall experience and provided a touch more convenience.
